The vines were panted in 2007 by the Howard family, and the fruit sees very similar treatment to its sibling Somerset Chardonnay - handpicking, pressed to large oak (all seasoned French oak) for fermentation, then lees stirring while in barrel to build texture.
It's a bright, flavoursome yet textural and creamy Chenin that's impeccably crafted.
