Being a wine enthusiast and having been in the hospitality industry for 38 years (The Mixing Pot- Glebe, Tappo Osteria -Pyrmont, & Until November 2021 La Disfida - Haberfield), we have come across many wines.

Passion for wine has led us to start a Monthly Wine Journey, where we will showcase a carefully curated selection of Wines, from Old World to New World, Natural Wines with Minimal Intervention to the occasional Vintage Wine. Small batch Spirits and Interesting Aperitifs and Digestifs.

We will highlight varying regions and styles every month giving you the opportunity to try a selection from 3, 6 or 12.

Throughout our journey we will complement the highlighted wines with what’s in season, food pairings, wine tastings around town, produce markets, and news on the restaurant & bar scene.
